What We Practice


a rather vigorous form of yoga aimed at challenging the body while uncovering habits of mind that are not of service to ourselves or to the world. We use our practice as a way to re-pattern those habits into habits that elevate ourselves and the whole of humanity.

Schedule of Classes

Regular Classes:

  • POWER YOGA ($5) — Mon, Wed and Thurs at 6-7:15pm; Saturdays 10-11:30am
  • GENTLE YOGA ($5) — Monday and Thursday at 10-11am
  • LONG, SLOW AND DEEP ($5) — Tuesday at 6-8pm
  • PRAYER YOGA (free) — Monday thru Friday at 7-8am
