Our traditional power classes, taught in the style of Baron Baptiste and Bryan Kest, flow from pose to pose, moving with breath, gently and energetically, toning the entire body – inside and out. Power Yoga is both friendly and challenging for all bodies, all ages, all levels of experience, fitness and flexibility. Beginners are invited to jump right in and do what they can. All are invited to use the movement to feel what is happening in the body, in the moment, and to work appropriately, employing the Goldilocks Principle - not too much, not too little…just right!
